The customer requested new landscaping to be added to the their new home that would improve the overall appearance of the home and that would also increase it’s potential resale value.
After meeting with the customer, we suggested a number of options that would meet their goals for their landscaping project. The customer then reviewed and approved a final design concept and the project was set for installation. We then outlined where the landscape installation was going to occur and we confirmed the final project specifications with the customer.
The customer stated after the installation that the landscaping added color to the side of the house by using flowering plants.
To add a sense of uniqueness to their home, this project also included a bump out that highlights a Dwarf Korean Lilac tree which adds depth and elevation to the landscaping feature.
